Throughout his career, Eric has brokered more than 1,000 commercial real estate transactions, with a strong concentration in research and development facilities, flex industrial environments, and technically complex lab spaces. He advises clients across the full lifecycle of occupancy decisions, including site search and selection, acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, lease negotiation, construction analysis, project management, and portfolio strategy. Eric’s background blends operational discipline with entrepreneurial insight. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and distinguished graduate of U.S. Air Force pilot and instructor training, he brings structured decision-making and risk analysis to every engagement. He later earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
